Why you got into teaching: I got into teaching because my mom was a teacher. I also got into teaching because I love staying active and teaching the students the skills needed to play a game.

High school activities/groups/clubs/sports: Volleyball, basketball, FFA, FCCLA and choir

Favorite subject in school: P.E. and science

Favorite teacher: Mrs. Detmering

Favorite snack: Fruit and chocolate

Favorite activity away from school: Watching my boys play their sports, camping and barrel racing

Favorite sports team: The teams my boys are on.

Something unique: I went to Mississippi to race in the Youth World Barrel Racing competition. I led NCAA Division III volleyball in digs.
