Favorite thing about Central High School: The positive and supportive culture and community
Why you got into teaching: I got into teaching because of the influence my band and choir teachers had on me in middle school through high school. Band and choir classes were a place for me to express myself musically and were a place of safety and support when I needed it most. I wanted my classroom to be the same for my students as well as a place to have fun and create memories.
High school activities/groups/clubs/sports: Symphonic band, jazz band, marching band, honors mixed acapella, honors ladies acapella, show choir, golf, bowling, musicals (both in the pit and on stage), Tri-M Honor Society.
