Residency Verification

If you are new to the district you must go to our District office located at 203 N 3rd St. Ashkum, to prove residency. Otherwise you should go to the school where your oldest child attends.

You will need 3 different types of proof of address for residency verification. Chose from the following list:

Driver's Licence; Vehicle Registration; Voter registration; 1(one) utiltity bill (gas, water OR electric); Public aid card(must have your physical address on it); Homeowners/renters insurance policy and proof of payment; Mortgage papers; Most recent property tax bill and proof of payment; Signed AND Dated lease AND proof of payment; Letter from property manager AND proof of payment. All forms must have the same physical address.
