Residency Verification Reminder!
A reminder that Residency Verification for all returning students in the district will be held on TUESDAY AUGUST 4TH 2026 from 7:30am to 6:30pm at the CCLD Library. Please see the table below for required documentation:
All students enrolled in Central C.U.S.D. #4 must be registered by parents or court appointed legal guardians who are legal residents of Central District No. 4. All persons registering students(s) for school attendance in District No. 4 will be required to verify residency of the student(s) within the District boundaries. Source of verification: Produce at least three items from the following list and each must have physical street address. (Board Policy 7:60)
All documents must be original. Copies will not be accepted. All documents
must be current, not older than three (3) months old, and show your name and physical address.
You must provide a total of three documents.
One (1) document from Category I and two (2) documents from Category II in the list below.
*Only one utility bill will be accepted

Category I: (One document required) □ Current Mortgage Statement (most recent) □ Home Ownership Title or Deed □ Current Signed Lease and proof of payment □ Current Property Tax Bill with Proof of Payment or Escrow Documentation

Category II: (Two documents required) □ Current Vehicle Registration □ Current Utility Bill (*Electric, Gas, or Water) □ Current Homeowners / Renters Insurance □ Driver’s License / Illinois ID □ Current Voter Registration □ Public Aid Documentation or Official Mail from Public Aid Office with Current Address |
